Background & Overview
TalentVine helps you quickly send employment opportunity referral messages via email and to personal contacts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter from one convenient interface. Think of us as a "referral address book."
You can choose to log in to TalentVine using one or more of your social accounts. Alternatively, you can choose to register without connecting to any of these accounts.
When you elect to look up and send private messages to your social contacts, TalentVine simply displays contacts' names, current job titles, and public profile avatars for your perusal. We do not save or share any private information from your social networks.
Logging In to TalentVine via Social Networks
TalentVine allows you to log in to our system in seconds using your existing LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter accounts. This "social sign-on" also enables you to easily send messages about open job opportunities to any of your contacts across these networks.
When you log in via social sign-on, TalentVine does not store your username or password. Additionally, we do not look up, store or share any of your private profile information with anyone, including your employer.
Publicly Viewable Status Updates
TalentVine allows you to update your status on Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter to include information about a job that may be available at a company where you or one of your contacts have been or are currently employed. This helps you get the word out to your entire network, quickly.

TalentVine also allows you to send private messages to your contacts.
Private Messages
You may choose to share a job opportunity with one or more contacts individually (rather than updating your entire network via a public status update).
A private message sent to a LinkedIn contact is received as an "InMail," and is only viewable by its individual recipient on LinkedIn.com.
A private message sent to a Twitter contact (or "follower") is received as a "direct message," and is only viewable by the recipient on Twitter.com, a Twitter app or his/her personal email account.
A private message sent to a Facebook contact is posted only to the recipient's Facebook wall. It is possible for the recipient's other Facebook friends to see your message when viewing his/her wall.

Who's Eligible?
All employees are eligible to receive ERP bonuses with the following exceptions:
- VPs and above
- HR Partners when the referred employee is hired in the client group they support
- All Global Talent Acquisition employees
- Hiring manager and employees with influence over the hiring decision
- Employees in countries where local laws do not accommodate or allow participation
What's in it for Me?
Bonus amounts vary depending on the job grade in which a referral is hired and can be up to $5000 USD. Bonuses will be converted and paid in local currency of the referring employee. Note: Bonuses may vary by country.
Bonuses are processed after the hire of the referred employee and generally paid within the following two payroll cycles. Both employees must be on active payroll.
